There is no "they". There is Matlu, and he no longer works on cyber wars so I don't see why it would do this, since he can't be updating it I guess it's a glitch that he'll have to fix.......

He does work on here, he works on Raven/Rook, CW wasn't popular enough so he decided to focus on a different game, and it seems to have worked as Rook has 100+ players on constantly.

I think the CB server goes down if no-one logs in for 12 hours or something. Unless that was removed last time someone moaned.

To be honest I don't remember whether this was fixed but likely yes Smiley
The game was really down, not sure what happened. It either crashed, or I probably unintentionally stopped it myself, I was uploading the new version of Rook and maybe I also stopped CB by accident.
