After Log in, it shows me as guest when I enter room

I have been logging in to Raven with my account, but when I join a room it shows me as a Guest.  I even created a new account, and had the same problem.

I have been a member for a while, but this problem just started this week.

Help please!

I'm not sure. I can imagine this could happen if you had disabled the "cookies" in your web browser. But in this case you would not be able to sign in to any any other webpage. Can you please try if you can sign in anywhere? To facebook, myspace, hotmail, whatever that requires name and password.
