I want to have a 5 point penalty imposed on a player that leaves a full table that is trying to start a game. a player would have 1 minuet to leave the table at the close of a game. Players that chose to stay in some specific group should go to a separate room designated for their rating only.

A player that leaves a game in progress should take a 5 point extra penalty and his partner 5 points less.
