Rude

I can't believe all the things that are going on here, I have only been on for a few weeks, and really enjoy playing after it takes me 35 minutes to get in, then I as a newbie, I get rejected "Reds only please". ect  , I have went from new to Green and when I make it Blue I get someone new and try to help them and my ratings go back to green. and I am rejected again. I think we should be rewarded for helping others, and the Reds and Pinks have a room to their selves. There is so many Rude people here. Please make this a  more enjoyable site to visit
