see if u can add this to ur rpg maybe playerslow on health can dig these and eat them but some may be poisionus

so if youre low on health like you have one hp left and you eat a poisonous mushroom, you die?  or maybe just make poison reduce your life until it reaches 1 and maybe make it like 35% chance of finding one of those.

In this post apocalyptic world, people should eat buttons to gain strength. Buttons and aborted babies. Mushrooms will have all died out. Oh, there will also be cockroach sodas.
