How did you resize an animated gif?

I found a gif program (from the wonderful torrent sites  Smiley) that could resize, speed up or slow down, and add things to a gif.

However, there is a much easier site that hafer found, www.gifworks.com that works wonders with gifs. You upload it, then it resizes it to X by X pixels that you choose.
