How to put on a pic in the forum convos?

Hi! i got a pic or an idea for a graphic but dont no how to get it into a convo!!! help!

OK, got the file, right?   Now, take it and save it as a .png.  If what you have doesn't do png, download IRfanview, open it in that and save it as a PNG.  Then, go to a hosting site (www.imageshack.us is a good one.) and host it.  Copy the URL, and then put it in image tags {img]{/img] (replace the { with [)
