The game doesn't work for me, I only see a gray square, what's wrong?
To play this game, you need to have plug-in called Java installed on your computer. Most computers
already have it, in case you don't try to get it here:

The game started, I entered my nickame, but then I got a message: Unable to connect to server
There are two possible reasons:
1. There is a problem on our side. Maybe the game server is at the moment being updated with new version, maybe it crashed. Please try again later.
2. There is a problem on your side. Some computers and networks have installed a software called firewall. This software is used to protect computers from hackers, but unfortunately it also prevents many multiplayer online games from working. Can you play other multiplayer games on your computer? If not, you won't be able to play this game either.
