ok, unrar on desktop, copy folder w/ pic and other folder.
Make sure it has those two in it and doesn't have it in 2 folders.
Then copy and Paste it in folder: C:\WINDOWS.0\Resources\Themes

try looking for it under themes tab instead of windows and buttons under appearence.

i tried that 2, before i read the instructions u sent me, its not a "theme" file so it cant load it
