There is no "they". There is Matlu, and he no longer works on cyber wars so I don't see why it would do this, since he can't be updating it I guess it's a glitch that he'll have to fix.......

He does work on here, he works on Raven/Rook, CW wasn't popular enough so he decided to focus on a different game, and it seems to have worked as Rook has 100+ players on constantly.
I think the CB server goes down if no-one logs in for 12 hours or something. Unless that was removed last time someone moaned.
I'm pretty sure it was, and you really think no one logged in for 12 hours? lol, the games not that dead.

To be honest I don't remember whether this was fixed but likely yes :)
The game was really down, not sure what happened. It either crashed, or I probably unintentionally stopped it myself, I was uploading the new version of Rook and maybe I also stopped CB by accident.
