my little brother used to live with me and play on my account at my address and he used and abused the web site by swearing all of the time. I kept telling him not to do it, but he kept doing it. my ip address 709 has been banned and I was wondering if I can gain access to rook again. He just recently moved out of my house and will not abuse the web site any more. There was never any abuse from me. thanks
