Title: Lady Commander
Post by: anima on July 26, 2005, 01:19:13 pm
Hi. This is one for the girls. I'm sure they are all fed up with playing with butch commanders - they need something more feminine. ;)

lol! :) nice, but a small downside! if this was added, i got a feeling that everyone or knowone would want to be her!? plus then how would beable to be her???

Good idea but how would a girl automatically have her?
Title: Re: Lady Commander
Post by: matlu on July 26, 2005, 03:11:54 pm
lol, she's cute  :D  But it would be a bit unfair advantage - I personally would not dare to hurt her  :D

Post by: Bakster on July 26, 2005, 04:00:00 pm
Perhaps male hypnotize could be turned into 'Threaten' or 'Bribe'?  ;D
Title: Re: Lady Commander
Post by: The_Gu3st on July 31, 2005, 06:14:41 am
lmao matlu, I can't believe you actually put her into the game. Theres no way to pick your commander anyways so you cant really make the girl players get this commander everytime or anything.
Title: Re: Lady Commander
Post by: matlu on July 31, 2005, 12:19:00 pm
It was partly a joke. If peope mind I can remove her
Title: Re: Lady Commander
Post by: Bakster on July 31, 2005, 04:17:53 pm
I don't mind it! Nice and colourful. Better than that ugly green army commander on 6 player games :P
Title: Re: Lady Commander
Post by: TheMcCool on August 05, 2005, 03:37:48 pm
I hate when I get her... just saying.
Title: Re: Lady Commander
Post by: TheMcCool on August 05, 2005, 03:47:04 pm
I mean I have nothing against having female commanders, but they should be hotter than that.

Edit: Like little catgirl or schoolgirl sprites or something.
Title: Re: Lady Commander
Post by: anima on August 05, 2005, 03:57:44 pm
Maybe i could rework her. But, you have to remember it was originally intended as a joke. I had no idea matlu was going to add her.
Title: Re: Lady Commander
Post by: TheMcCool on August 05, 2005, 06:58:16 pm
Yeah, but he did add her... So now you have no choice!

so odd guys I mean honestly are we that much girl deprived that we need to worry about gender issues in a on-line game like cyber battles?

Not saying anima's idea sucks its just seems kinda pointless, and the 1st sprite does look like an over weight hooker.

I speak in English. Not American. Sorry for the confusion.

Even the spell checker tried to correct it, but I wasn't having any of that. I'm proud of my English-ness.
Title: Re: Lady Commander

you still forgot the comma and the period  :P
Title: Re: Lady Commander
Post by: Dodger on November 02, 2006, 04:54:01 pm
There was no need for a comma, and I tend to not put a full stop if I use a smiley at the end of a sentence because it looks stupid.

One of the few spelling things that I don't know are words such as realis/ze, whether it is a z or an s.

Another one is words such as practic/se or defenc/se. Is it an s or a c?
Title: Re: Lady Commander
Post by: Dodger on November 02, 2006, 05:58:26 pm
In English, I think it is practise. And Defence. I'm pretty certain.

Being a writer by trade and hobby I should be intrested in where this topic is at right now, but Im not. It all feels long winded. To Dodger I had no idea this sprite idea was implemented for six months because I never was able to play more than five ppl per cyber battles game. That would be quite a crowded battlefield.
