BTW I noticed that you upload images to imageshack.ws and then link to them. I did not try, but it should be possible to upload such small images directly to this site,  as attachment (in additional options)

It should also be possible to directly upload avatars.

I was aware that it was possible to upload files, but I didn't think they could be embedded in a post, and it's annoying to have to click a link to download them. I might look into it.
