Cant login!!!!!

Matlu I am very upset, I have tried to log in and when i do it says connection failed. I have tried many many times to log in and it says the same thing, I don't know if it is a bug or i've got banned or what, but i would like to log in so i can play lol. So matlu if you read this, which i hope you do, you should really help me out...
