Sound for 4 players seated at table

Alot of times, people sit at 2 tables and wait for others to join.  Sometimes people dont notice everyone else is there and may have clicked start.  Could you make an (optional) sound when you are seated at a table when the first person clicks start?

Guess I could do it. Maybe instead of a sound it could show a message in chatbox.

Now it should show a message in a chatbox when somebody clicks Start, in any table you joined (whether you sit or not).
