When I log into this site I keep getting the message that there is something wrong with the security certificate.  What does that mean???

I still cannot get on to Duel Board.  It says I cannot connect to the server.  I can from my friend's computer but not mine.  PLEASE I need someone to help me.  It all relates to the mess earlier when the security was an issue.
