Alright, most of us know about game sites like Runescape or Miniclip, but what about other less known sites?
Some of these you might already know, others you might not. I am just placing them here as a reference for all of you java game junkies and as inspiration for aspiring java game developers.

http://www.randomthoughts.net

This site's been alive for quite a while now, probably even before cyberwars has ever existed. They've got an excellent list of games including two of my favorites: Diib's Dilemma and an addictive adventure game called Mercenaries of Dosbar. The site's forum might also be a good place to advertise this site considering the game MoD has similar gameplay mechanics to CyberBattles.

http://www.globalfun.com

A swedish based java games developer that has also been cooking up games for a long time. They have classics such as the rollerboy series, a fast-paced scroller called asphyx, and a beautifully simple 3D puzzle platformer called Jump.

http://www.ffiends.com

Probably one of the first java gaming sites I've encountered. They're game Dragon Court had me hooked for a while and they've also got this quirky puzzle game called Puggle.
There's also an applet called Bugz! that is not a game per se and most of you probably won't find this interesting, but it is a simulation of survival of the fittest and gradual adaptation to different environmental pressures.

Okay, I'm guessing a good number of you know this, but I'll just put it here anyway. This site and its games were developed by an Egyptian games developer called Omar Waly. It has an amazing game called Radical Aces which is a 3D flight/shooter game wher you have to defend your futuristic martian base from oncoming invaders. There's also a simple 3D-esque FIFA game which I will play once in a while. Keep an eye on this site, though, new games are always being developed.

Developed by a guy called Karl Hornell a long time ago who also makes java games for cell phones.
Check out his 2D scroller called 'Warp' (and its sequels) and also a topographical adventure game called Urbanoids where you have to fight back when machines have gone wild and have taken over the suburbs.
He has plenty of other fun games so don't overlook them.

Alright, this isn't really a gaming site, rather a game, but it's an arcade classic and I felt I just had to put it here. It's fun to play with a friend.

Here are some gaming portals for all of you interested in finding more games, java or otherwise, that populate the internet:

http://www.arcadepod.com
- Probably the gaming portal with the largest collection of free java games I've seen yet.

http://www.mpogd.com
- Stands for 'Multiplayer Online Games Directory' and has a monthly vote for the best multiplayer online game. Hopefully we can get our site ranked some time in the future. They've got a vast directory of almost any type of game imaginable.

Alright, that's all I could think of right now. If any of you want to add anything please feel free to do so.  ;D

Ahhh memories...I remember playing random thoughts...I might to back to it. I liked that Treasure Hunter game and Mercenaries of Dosbar.

www.ttadvance.com

If you've played the card game from Final Fantasy 8, here is a multiplayer version! However, it ain't easy.

http://row.xidus.net

A game more unpopular than even duelboard. A text based RPG which you either love or hate. Lots of people tend to judge this game by it's appearance before even playing. Try it!

www.magerealms.com

Real-time text-based strategy game. Build your realm and work together with people in your 'sphere' (a group of allied realms)
and go to war with other spheres!
